Do you offer refunds?

Yes — if you're not thrilled with your database, write to support@databaselabs.io within 30 days of creation and we'll refund your money.

How do I increase the database limit?

New accounts are limited to 10 databases for security reasons. Please contact support@databaselabs.io to get a higher limit.

How do I cancel a database?

You can cancel provisioned databases at any time by logging into the web console or by using the API. No further charges will appear for that database after the current month.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by logging in and going to the "Account Management" tab. Please note that any active databases associated with the account will be destroyed if the account is canceled.
